SDL continue to offer you three levels of training for SDL Trados 2007 Translator’s Workbench. The Getting Started, Intermediate and Advanced courses are available for either classroom or online delivery.
Getting Started Training

Translator’s Workbench Getting Started Course – Delivered Live via WebEx Online
Course Overview: This online course is essential for any translator who is considering or has purchased SDL Trados 2007. In 3 hours it will take you through the key features of setting up and using Translator’s Workbench, TagEditor and SDL MultiTerm. On completion of this course you will have a basic knowledge and be able to start using SDL Trados 2007 and increase your productivity.
Translator’s Workbench Getting Started Course – Classroom Based
Course Overview: This highly interactive, hands-on course is essential for any translator who is considering or has purchased SDL Trados 2007. In 1 day it will take you through the key features of setting up and using Translator’s Workbench, TagEditor and SDL MultiTerm. On completion of this course you will have a basic knowledge and be able to start using SDL Trados 2007 and increase your productivity
Intermediate Training

This online course will train you to use the more enhanced functionality of Translator’s Workbench, TagEditor and WinAlign.
Translator’s Workbench Intermediate Course – Classroom Based
Course Overview: Building on what you learnt in the Getting Started course, attendance on Translator’s Workbench Intermediate will enhance your experience and knowledge of the most important features of SDL Trados 2007. This hands-on course will train you to use the more enhanced functionality of Translator’s Workbench, TagEditor and WinAlign.
Advanced Training

- Translation memory maintenance
- Translating ML files with TagEditor
- Advanced SDL MultiTerm functionality
Translator’s Workbench Advanced Course – Delivered Live via WebEx Online
Course Overview: You are now at the final stage of becoming fully SDL Trados Certified. This online course has been designed to deepen your knowledge and to provide you with a stronger technical knowledge of the features used as part of your daily translation tasks. On completion of this course, you will be trained in all key aspects of SDL Trados 2007 and on passing your Level 3 exam will be an expert user.
Translator’s Workbench Advanced Course – Classroom Based
Course Overview: You are now at the final stage of becoming fully SDL Trados Certified. The hands-on course has been designed to deepen your knowledge and to provide you with a stronger technical knowledge of the features used as part of your daily translation tasks. On completion of this course, you will be trained in all key aspects of SDL Trados 2007 and on passing your Level 3 exam will be an expert user.
