Integration

Translator's Workbench and Microsoft Word

On-the-fly additions to a termbase from Microsoft Word: Fully integrated, the user can check the termbase directly from within Word and insert terms into Word at the click of a button.
Integrated into Translator's Workbench: Active Terminology Recognition is available from within Translator's Workbench.

Term Server

Term Server sets a new standard for high-performance and scaleable terminology
management technology. It is based on a client/server architecture that allow translation teams to share terminology over internal networks and even the internet.

Term Extract

Term Extract is TRADOS' solution for legacy language mining and the perfect complement to the other MultiTerm components. It allows you to tap the investment you have already made in documentation by building new termbases from legacy content.

Exchange & Data Migration

  • SDL MultiTerm Convert migrates any existing MultiTerm 95, MultiTerm 5 or MuliTerm iX termbase to the new MultiTerm-XML format. These files can then be easily imported into local or server termbases.
  • Flexible import functions enable integration of lists created with other applications.
  • Powerful export functions for fast, easy distribution of backups, term lists, or subsets and publication to other formats such as HTML.
