SDL MultiTerm 2007 Desktop can be used out-of-the box by the translator and terminologist alike. It ensures the efficiency of their work by allowing for easy entry, management and retrieval. SDL MultiTerm 2007 Desktop can be used as a stand-alone application or be directly integrated into SDL' translation memory tool, Translator's Workbench. To enable easy termbase migration from previous versions of SDL MultiTerm, SDL MultiTerm 2007 Desktop includes a Migration Tool for database conversions.

File Format Compatibility:  
SDL MultiTerm 2007 Desktop is fully Unicode based and supports virtually any language that can be processed on MS Windows operating systems. This includes East European languages such as Czech or Russian as well as Far Eastern languages like Japanese or Chinese and languages with complex scripts like Arabic or Hebrew.
